Trust Pharmacy delivers medication to most worldwide countries.
The shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery method you choose and your location. To find out the shipping fee, please add the necessary products to the virtual shopping cart and click on “Proceed to checkout”.
We currently offer 2 shipping options:
- Regular airmail. The orders shipped using this method can NOT be tracked. Delivery will take a maximum of 30 days but usually orders arrive within 14 – 21 days;
- EMS (courier service). The orders shipped using this method can be tracked. Delivery will take a maximum of 14 days but usually orders arrive within 5 – 9 days. A tracking number will start working within 4 business days after the goods have been shipped.
We understand that some customers prefer to remain confidential. That is why we ship orders in discreet looking packages without any inscriptions of the contents.
We do our best to deliver the products in the shortest possible time but in some cases, orders may be delayed at customs. If this happens, we will inform you about it.
If your order has not arrived within the expected time or some items are damaged/missing, you should contact our customer care department. We will either resend the goods free of charge or offer you a refund. Please keep in mind that if you order 100+ tablets, they will be shipped in several packages and may arrive on different days.
